Yes. All transactions are encrypted and securely processed through Stripe. KABDUL does not store payment details.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders are processed quickly. Once placed, orders cannot be modified or canceled.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.

Do you offer international shipping?

Availability of international shipping may vary. Please check at checkout.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on destination and carrier. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.

Who is responsible for lost or delayed packages?

Once an order is shipped, KABDUL is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the shipping carrier.

Do you offer refunds?

No. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

Do you accept exchanges?

Yes. Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase, subject to approval.

What are the requirements for an exchange?

Item must be unworn and unused
Original tags must be attached
No visible signs of wear or damage
Photo or video proof must be submitted and approved before shipping the item back

Who pays for exchange shipping?

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges.

How do I choose the correct size?

Please refer to our size guide on each product page. If you need assistance, contact us before purchasing.

Are colors exactly as shown online?

We strive for accuracy, but colors may vary slightly due to lighting and screen settings.

Do you have a physical store?
