Exchanges Only

• Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the original purchase date.
• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.
• Original tags must be attached.
• No visible signs of wear, damage, or alteration are permitted.

Proof Required

Customers must submit photo or video proof showing:

• Tags attached
• Condition of the garment

• Proof must be reviewed and approved before sending the item back.
• Exchanges will not be processed without prior approval.

Non-Exchangeable Items

• Items showing wear, damage, odors, or alterations
• Items without original tags
• Sale or promotional items (if applicable)
